This basket is constructed from 100 % cotton rope and includes a 100% cotton doubled sided liner. This liner is removeable and completely machine washable. Apply a heavy coating of flour to the liner and drop your dough right on in! This basket is perfect for the final fermentation process. Clean-up is easy, just rinse out the liner or flip it over for one more use before machine or sink washing. (Air or line dry is suggested for both the liner and basket) This basket is also great for holding baked good and rolls.
